So named for their resemblance to a pair of upside down hung to dry pants. Blooming in early spring the delicate foliage changes from gray-green to pale yellow. Deer and rabbit resistant, bee friendly, perennial flower, full sun to partial shade, hardy in zones 3-8. Shipping is 6.95 and .50 for each additional.
